Mr. Harriman is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Connecticut and serves as a project manager for Nafis and Young Engineers, Inc. He has been actively involved in the industry for 11 years.

Mr. Harriman has extensive experience working with municipalities on an on-call basis. Some examples include: plan review for the Planning and Zoning Commissions of Oxford, Beacon Falls and Seymour; Ledyard Public Works Department building supervision; East Haven Economic Development Commission building renovations/restorations.

Mr. Harriman also makes presentations before public agencies on behalf of Nafis & Young clients.
