Mr. Bombero is a Civil Engineering Project Manager and has been actively involved in the practice of Civil Engineering since 1982.

His area of specialty includes subdivision design, road construction, storm drainage system design, sanitary sewer and septic design, and hydraulic pipe-flow design.
